You’re smart and think highly of yourself.
You believe in science and rationality.
Science has already told you:
- Good sleep doubles your productivity.
- Exercise improves your quality of life.
- Journaling helps clarify your thoughts.
- Meditation brings peace to body and mind.
You say you want to be healthy.
You say you’re a rational person.
If you have the time, know all these benefits, but still don’t do the regularly…
That can only mean:
- You don’t trust science that much,
- You don’t want to be healthy that much.
- You don’t have that much self-control,
- You’re not that rational or objective.
Or perhaps, all of the above.
