You don't trust science that much

Part of Productivity Collection

Not about doing more, but doing the right things. Focus, rhythm, consistency.

You’re smart and think highly of yourself.
You believe in science and rationality.

Science has already told you:

  • Good sleep doubles your productivity.
  • Exercise improves your quality of life.
  • Journaling helps clarify your thoughts.
  • Meditation brings peace to body and mind.

You say you want to be healthy.
You say you’re a rational person.

If you have the time, know all these benefits, but still don’t do the regularly…

That can only mean:

  • You don’t trust science that much,
  • You don’t want to be healthy that much.
  • You don’t have that much self-control,
  • You’re not that rational or objective.

Or perhaps, all of the above.
