You believe in science and rationality.

Science has already told you:

  • Good sleep doubles your productivity.
  • Exercise improves your quality of life.
  • Journaling helps clarify your thoughts.
  • Meditation brings peace to body and mind.

You say you want to be healthy.
You say you’re a rational person.

If you have the time, know all these benefits, but still don’t do the regularly…

That can only mean:

  • You don’t trust science that much,
  • You don’t want to be healthy that much.
  • You don’t have that much self-control,
  • You’re not that rational or objective.

Or perhaps, all of the above.
